Moving on a deadline

Many Schertz families are military, and a move on orders comes with a firm date. The movers take what is on the list, and everything else, the old grill, the futon, the treadmill, has to be gone before the final walk through. We book to that date, load from the garage, and the house is clear when the inspector shows up.

The subdivisions along FM 3009 and Schertz Parkway are neat, and most have HOA covenants about curb piles. Our crew loads from inside so nothing sits out front, and we can run the same morning as the moving truck if you tell us where to park.

Garages, sheds and rentals

Schertz has a lot of rentals owned by people who got stationed elsewhere and kept the house. Between tenants, a unit sometimes gets left with a bedroom set and a garage full of boxes. The property manager sends us a photo, we quote it, and it is clear before the next showing.

Backyard sheds here fill up with lawn gear and the kids' outgrown bikes. A shed cleanout is a short job for a two person crew, and the metal goes to the scrap yard on the way back.
