Rentals and river houses

A lot of New Braunfels is vacation rentals along the Comal and the Guadalupe. When a rental changes hands or gets a refresh, the old bunk beds, patio furniture and mattresses have to go, and the owner is often in Austin or Houston. We work from a lockbox code, send photos when the place is empty, and the cleaner can come in behind us.

Houses close to the rivers have taken on water in the past, and the people who live there know the drill. Wet drywall, rugs and furniture have to be out before the heat sets in. We can bring a truck in the days after a flood and sort what is salvageable from what is not.

New subdivisions and Gruene

Comal County has been one of the fastest growing places in Texas, and the subdivisions along I-35 and out toward Highway 46 are full of people who just moved in. The calls there are boxes, packing foam, the old sofa that did not fit and a garage that got filled on move in day. New builds also leave behind scrap lumber and pallets that the builder never came back for.

In Gruene and the older neighborhoods near downtown, the homes are older and the jobs are estate cleanouts and long overdue garage clearing. Same crew, different truck load.
