Six trucks, one yard
Hauling out of San Antonio since 2016, with crews who have carried a sofa through every kind of hallway the city has.
Who shows up
Clearout started in 2016 with one truck and a phone number. Today there are six trucks in the yard on Fredericksburg Road and crews who live in the neighborhoods they work. The person who quotes your pile from the photo is the person who dispatches the truck.
We hire for the lift and train for the sort. Every crew knows what goes to donation, what goes to scrap and what goes to the transfer station, because sorting on the truck is what keeps good furniture out of the landfill.
How we price
One number, by the truck load, quoted before we come. A quarter truck, a half, a full. You see it in a text and you say yes or no. If the pile is smaller than the photo made it look, the price goes down. It does not go up unless the pile did.
There is no fee for the quote and no charge for driving out. If we get there and you change your mind, we shake hands and leave.

Why people text us first
We do all the lifting
From the room, the attic or the backyard to the truck. You do not carry a thing.
You see the price before we load
Quoted from your photo by the truck load. It does not change when we arrive.
Donate and recycle first
Good furniture goes to a donation partner and metal goes to scrap before anything hits the landfill.
Same day most weekdays
Six trucks on the road means one is usually free the afternoon you text.
We sweep when we're done
The spot the pile sat on gets swept before the truck pulls away.
Licensed and insured
Every crew and every truck is covered, so a scratch on the door frame is our problem, not yours.
