A unit that gets left full costs the owner every day it sits. Property managers send us a photo of the unit and a lockbox code, we quote it from the picture, and the unit is empty before the cleaner is booked. No one has to meet us there.
For a company with several properties, we set up one account and one invoice a month. Each pickup is listed by address so it can be billed back to the right owner.

Offices and job sites
Office moves leave desks, chairs and filing cabinets that the movers will not take. We clear a floor after hours or on a Saturday, and the furniture that is still good goes to a donation partner instead of the landfill.
Small contractors use us instead of a dumpster when the job is a week or less. We come once at the end, load the debris from the driveway, and the customer never sees a bin out front.
