Renovation debris, loaded and gone
You finished the bathroom. The old tile, the vanity and the drywall scraps are still in the garage. Send a photo and we bring the right truck for the weight.
What counts as construction debris
Renovation waste is heavier than household junk, and that changes how we price and load it. Tile, concrete and drywall pack dense and fill a truck by weight before they fill it by space. Lumber, cabinets and trim are bulky and light. Tell us what is in the pile and we will quote it as a mix, and our crew will load heavy material low so the truck stays legal.
A lot of our debris calls are homeowners who did a weekend project or a small contractor who does not want to rent a dumpster for one job. In a subdivision with an HOA, a dumpster in the driveway for two weeks can draw a letter. A truck that comes once and leaves does not.
- Drywall, plaster and lath
- Tile, backer board and old flooring
- Lumber, trim, doors and cabinets
- Sinks, toilets, tubs and vanities
- Fencing, decking and small amounts of concrete
What we cannot take
There are a few things that need a different hauler. Asbestos, which can show up in floor tile and pipe insulation from older San Antonio homes, needs a licensed abatement company. Wet paint, solvents and roofing tar are hazardous waste. Full loads of broken concrete need a dump truck, though we take a small amount mixed into a normal load.
If you are not sure, put it in the photo and ask. We would rather tell you no on the phone than show up and leave it. And if you are mid-project and the pile is growing, book a pickup for the day the work ends so the driveway is clear before the neighbors notice.

For one pickup, usually yes, because you pay for the space you use and there is no rental period. For a job that runs weeks, a dumpster can make sense. Send the photo and we will say which.
Small amounts mixed into a load, yes. A whole patio or driveway is too heavy for our trucks and needs a dump truck. We can tell you who to call.
A few bundles from a repair, yes. A full tear off is roofer territory and they usually bring their own trailer.
We photograph the roof and show you. If construction debris is not what the roof needs, we say so and quote the work it does need.
