Big lots and long driveways

Helotes homes often sit back from the road on an acre of oaks and cedar. The junk is spread out: a shed by the fence, a pile behind the garage, a dead riding mower under a tarp. Our crew walks the lot with you first, then brings the truck as close as the driveway allows and carries the rest.

Because the lots are wooded, a lot of what we haul is yard related. Old fencing, broken deck boards, a swing set the kids outgrew, and the branches and cedar that never made it to the city brush pile. Brush is fine in normal amounts, and it goes to a mulch site instead of the landfill.

Newer neighborhoods and Old Town

The subdivisions off Bandera Road and Scenic Loop have filled in with families over the last twenty years, and those homes are now old enough to need a garage cleanout or a furniture refresh. We see a lot of patio sets that the sun has finished off and a lot of first mattresses being replaced.

Around Old Town, the buildings are older and the jobs are more varied. We have cleared out back rooms behind shops and the odd storage barn. If the access is tight, send a photo of the door and we plan the carry.
