Military families here often have weeks, not months, to clear a house. The government movers take the household goods, and what they will not take, the grill, the propane tank, the mattress the kids outgrew, the plants and the garage clutter, has to leave before the final inspection. We book to that date and load from the garage so the house passes clean.

A lot of the same families keep the house as a rental when they leave, and the property managers on Pat Booker Road know us. Between tenants, a photo of the unit gets a quote and a slot, and the unit is ready for the next family before the lease starts.

Older streets near the golf course

The neighborhoods around Olympia Hills and along Kitty Hawk Road are older, and many homes have had the same owner since the base brought them here. When those houses sell, the garages and attics are full. We do estate style cleanouts there, sorting for donation first.

Backyards are modest and the hot tubs that came with the house in the nineties have mostly died. We cut those out and carry them through the gate, along with the swing set and the shed that has not opened in years.
