Move in junk and builder leftovers

Most of Cibolo is new. The subdivisions along FM 1103 and out toward I-10 have gone up in the last fifteen years, and the calls we get here are move in related. Packing boxes, foam, the furniture from the old apartment that looks small in the new living room, and a garage that got filled on day one so the house looked ready.

New builds also leave scrap. Builders sometimes leave pallets, cut lumber and cardboard in the side yard after closing, and the HOA wants it gone. We take builder leftovers with the rest of the load.

Old Cibolo and the creek

Down by the rail crossing, old Cibolo still has its small downtown and homes that go back decades. The jobs there are estate cleanouts and garages that have never been emptied. There is more worth donating in those houses, and we sort for it.

Cibolo Creek runs through pasture at the edge of town, and the homes near it have larger lots with outbuildings. When those sell, the barn usually has to be cleared. We bring a full crew for that and haul the metal to scrap.
